TAIWAN REGULATION × INTERNATIONAL COMPETENCE

🏅 Professional Personnel Competency Required by Taiwan Regulations

Current Taiwan regulations and official guidelines for hazardous areas already require that tasks such as design, installation, supervision, inspection, maintenance, operation, and related explosion-proof work in hazardous areas be performed by personnel with appropriate professional backgrounds and competencies.

However, there is currently no certification system in Taiwan that fully corresponds to IECEx CoPC (Certificate of Personnel Competence) Unit Ex 003 and Ex 006, specifically targeting the competency of personnel for explosion-proof equipment installation and electrical testing in explosive atmospheres.

First to obtain the IECEx CoPC (Certificate of Personnel Competence) , which serves as an important international verification of explosion-proof professional knowledge, practical experience, and operational capability, assisting enterprises in establishing an explosion-proof professional personnel competency management system that is auditable, verifiable, and based on international standards.

※ IECEx CoPC is an international certificate of personnel competence; if regulations in Taiwan regarding electrical design, installation, construction supervision, or other statutory qualifications apply, you must still simultaneously comply with relevant local laws and regulations.

If I cancel, will the fees and 20% booking deposit be refunded?

The 20% booking deposit paid at registration reserves your seat. Cancelling more than 14 days before the course start date: full refund (deposit included). Cancelling within 14 days (inclusive) of the start date: the deposit is non-refundable, and all other paid fees will be refunded. No withdrawal or refund after the course begins (in exceptional cases, enrollment may be deferred to the next session, limited to once).
