📖 每日課程安排
第一天課程｜Day 1｜1일차
防爆基礎理論、危險區域概念、防爆設備辨識、防爆設備安裝、防爆電纜接頭施工及密封接頭灌封實作。
Explosion protection fundamentals, hazardous area concepts, Ex equipment identification, Ex equipment installation, cable gland installation and sealing fitting practice.
방폭 기초이론, 위험장소 개요, 방폭기기 식별, 방폭기기 설치, 케이블 글랜드 및 실링 피팅 실습.
第二天課程｜Day 2｜2일차
接地與等電位連結、電纜固定施工、防爆設備拆裝、施工品質確認、學科測驗及實作評核。
Earthing and equipotential bonding, cable support installation, assembly and disassembly of Ex equipment, installation quality verification, written examination and practical assessment.
접지 및 등전위 본딩, 케이블 고정, 방폭기기 조립 및 분해, 시공 품질 확인, 필기시험 및 실습평가.

實作模組一：防爆設備辨識
Module 1: Explosion-Protected Equipment Identification
• 增安型接線箱（Ex e Junction Box）
• 耐壓防爆接線箱（Ex d Junction Box）
• 耐壓防爆照明燈具（Ex d Lighting Fixture）
• 耐壓防爆控制站（Ex d Control Station）
實作模組二：防爆電纜接頭安裝
Module 2: Cable Gland Installation Practice
• 增安型電纜接頭安裝（Ex e Cable Gland Installation）
• 耐壓防爆阻隔式電纜接頭安裝（Ex d Barrier Cable Gland Installation）
• 封堵件安裝（Stopping Plug Installation）
實作模組三：密封接頭灌封施工
Module 3: Seal Fitting Installation and Sealing Practice
• EYS 密封接頭施工（EYS Seal Fitting Installation）
• EYM 密封接頭施工（EYM Seal Fitting Installation）
• 灌封材料調配與灌封（Sealing Compound Preparation and Sealing）
實作模組四：接地與等電位連結
Module 4: Earthing and Equipotential Bonding
• 接地片安裝（Earth Tag Installation）
• 接地端子安裝（Earth Terminal Installation）
• 接地導線連接（Earth Conductor Connection）
實作模組五：電纜固定施工
Module 5: Cable Support and Retention
• 非鎧裝電纜固定（Non-Armoured Cable Securing）
• 電纜固定夾安裝（Cable Cleat Installation）
• 電纜進線固定（Cable Retention and Support）
實作模組六：施工品質確認
Module 6: Installation Quality Verification
• 扭力扳手操作（Torque Wrench Operation）

Refund Policy
If I cancel, will the fees and 20% booking deposit be refunded?
The 20% booking deposit paid at registration reserves your seat. Cancelling more than 14 days before the course start date: full refund (deposit included). Cancelling within 14 days (inclusive) of the start date: the deposit is non-refundable, and all other paid fees will be refunded. No withdrawal or refund after the course begins (in exceptional cases, enrollment may be deferred to the next session, limited to once).

- (1)Cancelling more than 14 days before course start: full refund (including the 20% booking deposit)
- (2)Cancelling within 14 days (inclusive) of course start: the 20% booking deposit is non-refundable; all remaining paid fees are refunded
- (3)Withdrawing after the course begins (no-show or early exit): no refund; enrollment may be deferred to the next session (limited to once)
